Battery Life – Still The King
This is why I used this phone for 2 years. The 5000mAh battery is huge. When I first bought it, it gave me 2 full days. In 2021, after 2 years, it still gave me 1 day with normal use. WhatsApp, YouTube 2 hours, and some calls. That is still better than many new 20k phones. Charging is slow at 10W. It takes around 3 hours to charge 0 to 100. But once charged, it lasts long. If you need a phone just for battery, Y11 is still good.
Performance and Gaming in 2026
The Snapdragon 439 with 3GB RAM is very basic in 2026. Daily apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube, and Chrome will work fine. But the phone is not smooth. You will feel lag when switching apps.
For gaming: PUBG Mobile runs on Smooth + Low graphics at 20 to 25 FPS. FreeFire runs at 30 FPS. But after 20 minutes, the phone gets warm. So, I do not recommend it for gaming in 2026. It is only suitable for students who need it for online classes and notes.
Camera Quality After 2 Years
The camera was average in 2019 and it is still average. The 13MP main camera takes good photos in bright sunlight. Colors are natural. But as soon as light goes down, photos become noisy and blurry. The 2MP depth sensor does nothing special. The 8MP selfie camera is okay for WhatsApp DP. Do not expect good video. 1080p 30fps video has a lot of shaking. So if camera is important for you, do not buy Y11 in 2026.
Build and Display
The phone has a plastic back and a 6.35 inch waterdrop screen. The screen is big and good for watching videos. But resolution is only HD+. So text is not very sharp. After 2 years, my screen had no issue. Build quality is strong. It fell from my hand 3 times and still worked. Fingerprint sensor on the back is fast. So for build, I give it 8 out of 10.
